WARRANTY PROCEDURES

(For non-emergency, warranty service)

Our warranty service program is designed to address your warranty service needs in a systematic manner, which enables us to deliver service more efficiently.  If you need warranty, please be certain all requests are submitted by the 11th month after closing.  Please note, we regret that we are not able to accept broken or damaged items for repair or replacement when the damage has occurred following move in.

In order to best serve your needs, we ask that you follow the procedures outlined below to request warranty service.  A list of emergency numbers has been included with your packet for your reference in case of an emergency.

PLEASE PUT YOUR REQUEST IN WRITING TO WINDMILLER HOMES.

To be sure we are able to administer the program with the best service to you, we require that service requests be channeled through our main office and that they be in writing.  Please do not request warranty service directly from Windmiller Homes field personnel, community salespeople, or from subcontractors working on site.




Send warranty service requests:
            Via E-mail.  In letter form, state the warrantable items that need attention.  E-mail to: warranty@windmillerhomes.com

           Via US Mail.  In a letter, state the warrantable items that need attention.  Mail this letter to: 1169 N. Burleson Blvd. Suite 107-230

You can help us serve you best by:

  • Providing us with complete information:  name, address, phone numbers both work and home – and the name of your community.

  • Giving a complete description of the problem.  For example:  “guest-bath vanity hot water handle leaks at base” instead of, “plumbing problem in bathroom.”

Service personnel will be available for appointments Monday – Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 5 P.M.  Once we have received your service request, we will contact you within approximately 48 hours to determine the appropriate action and to schedule an appointment. 

Again, please note that field superintendents and community salespeople cannot accept calls for warranty service.
